Oolong Tea

The name Oolong means black dragon. The oxidation state is right between that of green and black tea. The different types of oolong tea can vary greatly in taste. They can be sweet and fruity with honey aromas, or woody and rich with toasted aromas, or complex aromas, all depending on the vegetation and production method.
